To Be, or Not to Be, "Gay" That Is The Question

Monday, April 19, 2010

“To be, or not to be, that is the question” is one of Shakespeare most famous quotations from the play Hamlet. The soliloquy spoken in the play by Prince Hamlet is complex with various interpretations and one of the most studied literary works ever. To be gay or not to be gay is just as complex. What makes a person gay? Are you born gay or become gay through trauma, environment or choice?

I find it difficult to believe people are born gay. God is not capable of sin or enticing sin the bible teaches us. So why would he create someone born with a sin that could damn them to eternal hell? Personally, I believe people either become gay due to abuse or choice. Many will argue why would someone choice to be gay knowing all the drama they have to go through. I honestly can not explain the mental state or dysfunction of others. I think that choice to be gay is an individual choice and only that person knows in their heart why they have become that way. Many want to believe they are born gay because it gives them an excuse to rationalize and not change. Honestly, I am extremely grossed out at the thought of two grown ass men sweating, touching, kissing and sexing each other. It’s BUTT ASS nasty (literally). But hey, there choice is between them and God. Ultimately only God has final authority over someone eternal life or damnation so I may be deeply perplexed by the lifestyle and will never agree with it, but oh well.

My issue is with people, in particular men who are on the down low. But I will get to them last. Women that are gay or claim they are bisexual I just don’t get it. I MEAN I REALLY DO NOT GET IT! Excuse my French but I like D*** way too much. Keeping it 100, fingers and tongue can almost pass as substitutes but nothing takes the place of a D*** and not a fake plastic one. Strap-on’s won’t work for me. Women who are real women know exactly what I am talking about. I just love men. I love their smell, even when they smell musty (I mean a little musty not full blown WTF musty). I love his strength, his arms, back and legs; I just LOVE MEN. A woman can’t do ish for me. I see so many lesbian couples in Atlanta. Boy do they start young it’s not uncommon to see many girls in middle and high schools that are openly gay. Girls tend to come out earlier then boys and they are not ashamed in any way shape or form. But at least they come out and can be honest with their sexuality and choices.

For those men who are hiding behind a supposed or pretend girlfriend but you F*** men on the side. Please do women and the world a favor stop FOOLING YOURSELF! Men: if you like to F*** men up the butt or have your butt pounded you are GAY. You don’t want to accept it, that’s why you do women on the side, showcase girls to family and friends and even marry one but you’re GAY. I’m starting to become paranoid of these guys who claim they are metrosexual. Is metrosexual the new code word for on the down low? I’m leery of men who are always with the same guy friend who they call “my boy” or “partner”. Maybe I am too paranoid but these down low men are being discovered more and more and it’s actually very scary. They are putting men and women at a higher risk of HIV/Aids. Granted heterosexuals are HIV positive as well but men who F*** each other up the butt are more prone to catching HIV just because of the physical aspects of anal sex. Some of these men will selfishly have unprotected sex with the pretend girlfriends knowing what they are doing but don’t care. STOP THE MADNESS! If you must be in denial about being GAY at least use condoms. Better yet, why not pick one and stick with it; you’re gay or not gay; to be or not to be, that is the question?
